This year has been truly eventful — so many ideas, projects, moments when you had to give it your all, and in the end, you feel like your body is just screaming for rest and recovery. I went through this myself: after several months of intense work, I noticed that minor injuries were healing more slowly than before, and my energy seemed to be evaporating. It turned out that smoking plays a negative role here — it seriously slows down tissue regeneration and makes stem cells less effective.
